L Alpha equals the first, the ground breaker, the leader, the forerunner, the foundation layer. The Alpha is the one who guides, directs, and protects, while overseeing. And that is the premise behind our Alpha Initiative. Our goal is to build future leaders of our communities, those who will embrace all cultures and backgrounds towards a life of legacy.
This program is not for those who just want to be “in charge” or those who want to “be seen”. The Alpha Initiative is for those who desire to understand leadership from a psychological, sociological, scientific, and economic level. We will focus on helping individuals rise to the challenges within our society to provide results-based solutions that appeal to the depths of our communities and our families.
